Here's the first experiments with a fixed and a modular hex board.
In the game clouds can carry water droplets, drop them on hexes when it rains, or collect them when heat makes it evaporate. Meanwhile players add winds in the mix that affect the movements on the board and are resolved all together once per round.

With each turn, players must make tough decisions and ruthless moves. As you evolve your creatures, consider their strengths and weaknesses; your strategy will directly impact their survival. Do you choose to enhance offensive capabilities or bolster defenses? Will you take the risk to venture into the territory of other creatures? The outcomes of your decisions echo throughout the game, making every play session a unique challenge.
Autonomous Movement: Nature's Chessboard
Experience the ruthless dynamics of natural selection as your creatures move autonomously around the board. No two games are alike—watch your creatures interact with the environment and with one another. The unpredictability adds an exhilarating layer to your strategy, as you anticipate behaviors that even you may not control.
Creatures of different species are represented by coloured dice. The number of the die indicates the age of the creature, which ages every time it moves. When they reach past 6 they die and are removed. When 2 dice aged 2 or more collide they mate and produce one or more dice of age 1. The colour of the produced dice can be random or depend on the the reproduction traits assigned to the species.
Some species might have traits that make them incompatible and fight instead of mating.
